Sausage Patties, English muffins, Eggs.

You can buy Sausage Patties or you can buy a Ground Sausage link and make your Patties really easy. Take the Sausage out of the freezer the night before, and put it in the fridge. In the morning you can open it and cut the link into Patties. Cut them thick, then pat them down if you want them bigger. 1/4 inch thick is good to fry. Warm your pan, then put them in to sizzle or bake them on a rimmed cookie sheet or a broiler pan. For the eggs, you can scramble or fry them. Save time by cracking them the night before, then bake them in a cassarolle dish. 1/4 inch thick is good. You can cut them into squares. Toast enough english muffins to make breakfast sandwiches, on a baking sheet.
